We’re now looking for a passionate and motivated Clinical Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to step away from the busy hospital setting into a private, patient-focused environment where you can build meaningful one-to-one relationships—and grow with us as the business expands.

The Role

As a NUMA Clinical Assistant, you’ll be at the centre of our patients’ journey, ensuring their experience is seamless, safe, and supportive. You’ll work closely with our Medical Director and wider team to deliver high standards of care in a warm and welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting patients throughout their HBOT sessions with care and reassurance.
  • Operating HBOT chambers (comprehensive training provided).
  • Maintaining a clean, professional, and calm clinic environment.
  • Handling patient queries with confidence and compassion.
  • Managing day-to-day admin tasks using Microsoft Office and our booking systems.
  • Working collaboratively with the NUMA team in a fast-paced setting.

What We’re Looking For

  • Healthcare experience – minimum 2 years (HCA, Nurse, or similar).
  • Passion for patient care – a genuine interest in health, well-being, and making a positive difference.
  • Customer-focused mindset – you thrive in a people-first environment.
  • Confident communicator – comfortable with face-to-face, phone, and email communication.
  • Organised & adaptable – detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive.
  • Team player – supportive, collaborative, and willing to learn.

This role is ideal for someone looking for career progression as NUMA continues to expand and you gain experience.

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday: Early and late shifts (start as early as 6:30 AM, finish as late as 8:30 PM).
  • Two Saturdays per month: Early and late shifts (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £25,896.80-£28,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Company pension
