This role involves working across a diverse range of sites, including commercial properties, local authorities, healthcare facilities,hospitality sector and much more Key Responsibilities: .Conduct asbestos surveys and identify asbestos-containing materials (ACMs). . Assess the risks associated with ACMs and provide expert recommendations. . Deliver clear, concise, and accurate survey reports. . Ensure projects are completed on time and in compliance with industry regulations. . Stay up to date with current legislation and best practices. . Utilize Alpha Tracker software to streamline reporting. . Communicate effectively with clients and team members. Requirements: .BOHS P402 qualification (or equivalent). .
