Site Manager – High End Residential – Demo – Kensington – ASAPOur client is a reputable construction company who are looking for an experienced Site Manager for a project based in Kensington.This project is 22 weeks in duration and due to start ASAP.Project value is approx. £10m.Main scope of work will consist of strip out, refurb and Demoliton.Criteria:Valid CSCS/CCDOValid SMSTS and First Aid qualificationProven experience as a Site Manager on demolition projectsIdeally experience working on projects in the value of £5m – £10m.Experience working on high end residential projectsGood communication and leadership skillsWorking references – essentialWill be required to interview with the clientIf interested please get in touch with Tom on 02030085212.
