This is a hybrid working position with occasional travel to a local offices within the clients operating regions which include Hampshire, Wiltshire, Dorset, Somerset, Devon & Cornwall and London. Our client is seeking a People Systems Administrator to join their People Operations team on a temporary basis for approximately 5 months. This role requires someone with a strong Systems Administrator background along with HR experience. Knowledge of Dayforce would be extremely beneficial. Training will be provided virtually, so managing your own workload whilst working from home will be really important. You will play a key part in the implementation of the clients new HR technology, ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance.Following the implementation phase, you will continue to work in conjunction with the People team to maintain these systems on an ongoing basis.
