As an Account Handler working as part of a team, you'll help to provide a professional & diligent service in this specialist area, placing & renewing a wide range of insurance products to their existing clients & new business. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Account Handler with Agricultural Insurance experience or, with a background in Commercial Insurance – with a willingness & capability to expand your knowledge in this field. Key Responsibilities: * Provide quotes for new enquiries & existing clients * Process renewals & mid-term adjustments * Keep up to date with progress of client claims * Develop & maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs * Maintain accurate records of client interactions & transactions * Support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks Requirements * 1 year+ experience in commercial insurance sales is essential. * Experience in Agricultural and Commercial insurance is an advantage * Excellent administrative & organisational skills * Detail oriented & analytical skills * Professional yet interpersonal customer service skills * Outstanding communication skills both face-to-face & on the telephone * Previous experience with Acturis is a plus * Relevant certifications in insurance brokerage an advantage You'll be joining an informal, yet professional team, where you'll be offered a rewarding career that offers an excellent work-life balance.
