Key Responsibilities:
- Review and edit manuscripts for content, grammar, structure, and flow to ensure high-quality, polished work.
- Collaborate with authors to provide feedback and suggestions on how to enhance storytelling, tone, pacing, and character development.
- Work with the publishing team to ensure deadlines are met and the final product aligns with the company\’s editorial standards.
- Conduct thorough research to fact-check information where necessary and ensure accuracy in the content.
- Assist in the preparation of manuscripts for publication, including formatting and preparing materials for submission to agents, publishers, or production teams.
- Edit for consistency in style, tone, and language, following the company’s guidelines.

Qualifications:
