Nursery Manager Term time only

Beyond Education Recruitment are working to support a fantastic Preschool based in the Bromley area. The preschool is looking for a new and enthusiastic manager to join the already amazing team!

The role is term time only working 9am-4:15pm – 38 weeks per year.

The Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pre-school, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for young children.

Duties

• Drive the planning and delivery of engaging activities suitable for children
• Utilise leadership skills to manage a team of nursery staff effectively
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff members
• Manage the pre-school efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and organisation
• Implement early childhood education principles to support children's development

Requirements

• Experience working with children and leading staff in a nursery setting
• Strong leadership abilities to lead a team of nursery staff
• Proficiency in English to communicate with children, parents, and colleagues
• Level 3 qualification in childcare or early childhood education required
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritise workload
