Responsibilities:

1. Managing and coordinating all aspects of mechanical projects.
2. Leading technical teams and collaborating with clients and contractors.
3. Developing budgets, schedules, and ensuring on-time, within-budget project delivery.

Ideal Candidate:

1. Strong building services and mechanical engineering knowledge, including plumbing.
2. Proven procurement, budgeting, and on-site management experience.
3. Gold/Black CSCS card and excellent leadership skills.
