Passive Fire Project Manager

We are actively looking for a Passive Fire Project Manager to join one of our clients on a temporary basis, with the potential to go permanent. This contract will begin ASAP.

The Passive Fire Project Manager will:

1. Oversee projects, ensuring full compliance is met throughout the site
2. Lead teams of site operatives
3. Build and maintain client relationships
4. Ensure the project meets plan and budget requirements

As the Passive Fire Project Manager , you will need:

1. Experience as a Project Manager in a large capacity
2. To be able to read drawings and manage resources
3. Knowledge of building regulations, golden thread, BS 9999, BS 476
4. Relevant qualifications such as NVQ L6, IFE Level 3 and SMSTS
