Studio-based (Hybrid: Tues-Thurs in studio, Mon & Fri optional remote)

Are you a detail-driven Creative Artworker with a passion for bringing visionary designs to life? Profiles Creative are working with an environmental agency in specialise in creating bespoke environments for their clients. This could be for an office , a hospitality venue, hospital or airport.

They looking for a meticulous and skilled Creative Artworker to be the backbone of their design team, ensuring every artwork output meets the highest creative and production standards.

The Role

As our Creative Artworker , you’ll be the studio’s final checkpoint—preparing flawless, production-ready files that translate bold creative concepts into reality. Collaborating closely with the Head of Production, Designers, and Project Managers , you’ll refine, enhance, and execute artwork that meets our ambitious vision. This is a role where precision meets creativity, and your expertise will ensure our incredible work is perfectly realized in physical spaces.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Preparing production-ready artwork files —ensuring designs are executed to the highest standard

Creating detailed documentation to guarantee seamless fabrication, costing, and installation

️ Liaising with suppliers and fabricators to bring creative concepts to life

✅ Managing and approving artwork samples , ensuring they meet design specifications before release

Drawing up site elevations and key documents for design execution

Acting as a quality gatekeeper , ensuring accuracy and excellence in all outgoing artwork

Working efficiently to meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Proven experience in a similar role

️ Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite

️ Background in environmental branding, architecture, signage, or wayfinding (a plus!)

Unmatched attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality work

Ability to problem-solve and think critically in a production setting

A team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills

⏳ Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and keep projects on track
