Probate Consultant/Paralegal

• Advise clients on trusts, probate procedures and applications

• Organise and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are up-to-date.

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

• Complete complex probate and HMRC applications

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist clients by providing expert advice on probate procedures and completing applications whilst working closely with clients and solicitors. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. this is a great opportunity for a legal professional with atleast one year’s probate experience. Please note that we are a Will Writing company and not a solicitors firm which allows for a more competitive salary and excellent connections and experience., * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

• At least 1 year of probate experience preferred
