The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
Our client is a long established, privately owned, vibrant business who offer specialist land based contracting services to a variety of sectors across the UK. These include but not limited to civil engineering, agriculture, rural and environmental, where they deliver bespoke solutions to the highest standard to a wide ranging client portfolio. With a current annual turnover of 5 million and growing rapidly and a friendly and dynamic team of 30 staff based from the site in the Dereham area, this is an exciting place to work with a company which are certainly on the ‘upward curve’. Due to continued success a further Surveyor is required to work and assist the contracts management team in undertaking field surveys and site assessments on various projects. Responsibilities: * Surveys using GPS equipment and quad bikes * Record site notes on safety, access, soil conditions and other site related features * Work with survey data to prepare maps * Prepare working plans and drawings * Support the contracts team The role would suit and individual who has had some experience surveying in construction, land or utilities and has a passion for ‘the land’ and countryside, who is confident communicating with clients. Sound I.T skills is a must to learn and operate the mapping software alongside plenty of energy, passion is ordered and organised. Genuine opportunity for progression within the company.
