Position Overview: As a Telesales & Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in managing both new and ongoing customer relationships. This position involves making cold calls to new prospects (10-20 per day), handling warm leads, and managing the schedules of site surveyors. You will also handle inbound and outbound customer calls, providing excellent service and ensuring that appointments are efficiently arranged., * Cold Calling: Make 10-20 cold calls daily to potential new customers to introduce our renewable energy solutions.

  • Warm Leads: Follow up on warm leads provided, converting them into appointments for site surveyors.

  • Appointment Scheduling: Manage the schedules of site surveyors, arranging appointments with new and existing customers.

  • Customer Service: Handle inbound customer calls, providing information, answering questions, and resolving any issues related to our products and services.

  • Outbound Calls: Follow up with ongoing customers to ensure satisfaction and offer additional products or services.

  • Sales Support: Assist in closing sales by providing customers with detailed information on our renewable energy solutions and the benefits of transitioning to sustainable energy.

  • Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and sales leads in the company’s CRM system.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the site surveyor team to ensure smooth communication and scheduling.

  • Experience: Proven experience in customer service and telesales, preferably within the renewable energy sector or a related field.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers over the phone.

  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage schedules and customer interactions.

  • Sales Ability: Ability to convert leads into appointments and sales through effective communication and relationship-building.

  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and other office software to manage customer information and scheduling.

  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with the sales and surveyor teams to achieve company goals.

  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn about our products and services, with the ability to quickly adapt to new information and procedures., * Sales: 3 years (required)
