DATA COACH£50,000 – £55,000LONDONThis a new opportunity for an experienced tech professional to join a growing start-up company and help develop a training strategy for their new consultants.THE COMPANY:This role is within a young data-centric company who were founded 4 years ago by strong leaders in the Data Industry. This is a super exciting time to join as they are currently redeveloping their training strategy so you can have a say in writing a new program. THE ROLE:In particular, this role will involve:Reporting directly to one of the founders.Writing your own bespoke tech training program. (Python, SQL, Cloud, etc)Delivering training to a group of graduates and mentoring them through their work and development.Owning the entire training program.Liaising with external clients and deploying the right graduates onto client projects once they are trained.YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:Substantial experience lecturing/teaching in a technical fieldExperience mentoring/training/coaching people.Strong communication SkillsClient-facing/stakeholder experience.THE BENEFITS:Hybrid Working Cycle to work schemeGym MembershipHOW TO APPLY:Please register your interest by sending your CV to Cameron Webb via the Apply link on this page.
