Job Description Head of Marketing Property Developer Brand Awareness & Brand Development | Social Media | Digital | PR | Events | Multi-channel marketing £65,000 – £80,000 Wilmslow, Cheshire I’m partnering with a scaling property developer that is growing across multiple different sectors, from Residential, Student, Build-to-Rent, Regeneration and more. There’s an embarrassment of riches when it comes to the development team it has assembled, with some of the most experienced Development Directors in their sectors. When it comes to technical tenders, they are flexing their technical prowess. The investors on board have injected serious capital to expand in 2025. Despite all of this expertise and backing, not many people know about them. How they take their product to market needs an overhaul. They seek a Head of Marketing to modernise their approach to marketing, away from the odd press release or sponsored event, to one encompassing brand development, lead generation, PR, digital and more.
