GR-Deputy Nurse Manager

About the Role: As the Deputy Nurse Manager, you will play a key role in leading a skilled team, ensuring the highest standards of care for residents. You’ll oversee clinical practice, staff development, and regulatory compliance, creating a nurturing, person-centered environment. You will also step in for the Home Manager when required, ensuring the smooth running of the home.
