As Line-Manager to 3 members of the wider HR team, you will be invaluable in managing the recruitment process, as well as supporting career activities, including supporting the Head of HR with on-going Projects., * Line management of the Recruitment Advisor, Office Manager and HR Co-Ordinator.

Focus on filling vacant roles in the most time/cost efficient way to reduce service disruption – overseeing the structure of the interview process, ensuring our interview questions and advert templates are fit for purpose and issuing any Senior level contracts and job offers.

Ensure candidate experience is managed efficiently through the team – ensuring candidates are informed of their application or interview outcomes within agreed time frames without fail.

Manage supplier contracts with recruitment agencies, ensuring we are getting value for money and holding them to their KPI’s.

Oversee approvals for internal moves, secondments and change of terms, ensuring the interface with payroll is robust and timely.

Managing the Recruitment budget, ensuring we use the funds efficiently.

Leading and hosting early career activities including career fair attendance, school engagements and internal open days.

Oversee the launch of ongoing projects with support from the Head of HR.
