Motor Vehicle Technician

• Conducting vehicle maintenance and repairs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines

• Performing diagnostic tests and identifying mechanical and electrical issues

• Carrying out routine servicing, including oil changes, filter replacements, and brake inspections

• Handling complex vehicle repairs, including engine and transmission overhauls

• Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults and conducting software updates

• Testing and inspecting vehicles to ensure they meet safety and emission standards

• Collaborating with colleagues and sharing knowledge to improve overall team performance

• Embracing the evolving automotive landscape and adapting to new technologies, specifically electric vehicles

SKODA Warrington is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Vehicle Technician to join our reputable dealership. As a Vehicle Technician, you will have the opportunity to work with one of the leading automotive brands and be part of a dynamic and supportive team. If you have a passion for automotive engineering, possess NVQ Level 3 qualifications, and are experienced with VWAG vehicles, we want to hear from you!, * NVQ Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent

• Prior experience working with VWAG vehicles is preferred

• Proficient knowledge of automotive diagnostic systems and equipment

• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, with excellent problem-solving skills

• High level of attention to detail and a methodical approach to work

• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and delivering high-quality service

• Willingness to stay updated on industry advancements and embrace electric vehicle technology

• Valid driver’s license
