I\’m partnering with a well-established recruitment agency to appoint a 360 Recruitment Consultant at Consultant, Senior, or Principal level for their Maidstone office.

Key details:

  • Basic Salary Range:
    Consultant: 28,000- 31,000
    Senior Consultant: 32,000- 36,000
    Principal Consultant: 42,000- 45,000

  • Earning Potential:
    Uncapped commission structure with realistic targets. OTE typically double the base salary.

  • Location: Maidstone

  • Desks Available:
    Choose from temp or perm desks, in either white-collar professional or blue-collar trades.
    All desks are warm, with existing clients and national agreements in place.
