Social Value and Wellbeing in action!

We are a wholly owned subsidiary of MidKent College Group – through this relationship, we invest in young people’s education and futures in Kent.  What does that actually mean?  Well, we don’t have shareholders in the conventional sense, our profit is reinvested into MidKent College to support the education of students in Medway and Kent – Social Value in action!

Our commitment to workplace wellbeing is recognised through our Workplace Wellbeing Gold Award.

Building a sustainable future for all

We’re pioneering immersive learning like VR and AR, alongside high-quality online training.  We’re also expanding our scope into Green Skills training – opening a purpose-built Green Skills centre in 2024 to help the UK train the next generation of skilled workers in sustainable construction and engineering.

Our vision

“To be the UK’s premier skills development partner, harnessing innovative solutions to equip our clients for the future

To achieve this, we must grasp the needs and aspirations of current and future learners and ensure we attract the right talent to achieve this vision.

Our Values

Our values are core to our success:

Supporting young people into work

We are working towards a national employer EDI accreditation.  Working with Inclusive Employers, we are challenging ourselves to fully embrace Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion.  This will build an organisation where everyone feels welcome and can bring their whole self to work.

What positions do we offer?

Our exciting growth target (at least 5% colleagues on early careers schemes by 2025) means we are creating full and part-time career opportunities.
