We’re on the lookout for a friendly and organised Office Administrator to join a vibrant team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our office, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently., * Handling phone calls, emails and correspondence efficiently including social media inquiries

Maintaining and updating company records, databases and filing systems

Assisting in the preparations of reports, presentations and documents

Basic financial tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking and basic bookkeeping skills

Support HR activities including employee records, managing timesheets and paying salaries in a timely manner

Assisting senior management team with administration tasks
We are looking for a good all-round administrator to join an established company in their fact-paced office. You must be self-sufficient, can prioritise your own workload, use your initiative and have good all-round IT skills., * Proven experience as an Office Administrator/Office Assistant

Accounts Assistance/Administration experience would be advantageous
