My client is a leading residential estate management company, who manage in excess of 150 exclusive and beautifully landscaped developments across the UK. They are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy team on a temporary basis with the opportunity for permanent employment.
Responsibilities:
- Customer service
- Administration
- Diary management
- Supporting the Area Manager with typing up general letters and correspondence
- Deal effectively with all telephone and email enquiries
- Monitor the Area Manager's mailbox
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's experience in admin/customer service and be willing to learn new systems.
