Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Part-time Rentals Administrator to join a van rental business based in Basingstoke. This position will be working 4 hours over the weekend and occasional holiday cover. Saturday 8am – 10am, Sunday 10am – 12pm. Responsibilities: – Support in overseeing the smooth running of the rental desk – Ensure all reservations, bookings and enquiries are handled promptly – Communicating clearing with all customers via telephone, email or face to face – Check in and check out vehicles – Manage the damage process and be confident with raising damage and additional charges to customers – Manoeuvre Luton vans around the yard – Washing the vans occasionally Requirements: – Previous administration and customer service experience – Self sufficient – Full UK driving licence – Excellent verbal and written communication skills The Role: – £12.25 per hour – Saturday – 8am – 10am and Sunday 10am – 12pm – Occasional holiday cover – Weekly pay If you are interested in this Part-time Administrator position, please apply below or get in touch with Jemma at Pertemps
