JOB DESCRIPTION Currently working with a fantastic client in the HEATHROW area. Our client is a leading global logistics provider – they are looking for a HR Administrator to provide transactional and administrative support to the Regional Senior HR Business Partner and the HR Team. Responsibilities: * Generating and processing paperwork related to the full Employee lifecycle – starters, leavers etc. * Completing audits on Employee Files * Compiling and updating employee references, clearances and DBS checks * Responsible for tracking CAA Regulations and compliance is met. * Monitoring and Co-ordinating all Employee training renewals * Producing Correspondence for all changes to Employee terms and conditions as directed * Maintaining attendance records * Completing Inductions with New Employees * Data Gathering tasks * Data Analysis Tasks * Ensure the HR system, Success Factors, is up to date * Providing support to the HR Business Partner with ad-hoc tasks and projects * Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential at all times Skills and experience: * Strong administrative experience in a fast pace environment * Proficient in MS Office including Excel * Experience of maintaining office systems, data filing and data cleansing * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Outstanding administrative and organizational skills What you’ll get in return: * 25 days holiday plus bank holidays * Pension Scheme * A supportive work environment
