An inclusive secondary school situated in Harrow, North West London is looking to secure a Psychology Graduate to start in September 2025.

The school is looking for a Psychology Graduate to work as a Learning Support Assistant to support children with SEND needs. This role will act as a springboard and training ground for graduates who want to learn how to teach and build transformational relationships with pupils. The school is also able to offer a very clear pathway of progression into the teaching profession.
You will be responsible for:
- Tutoring and mentoring groups of pupils and individuals to ensure everyone is at the correct attainment level in all subjects.
