Front of House Receptionist (Part-Time) – £12.21 per hour (20 Hours Per week) Are you a people person with a warm, welcoming personality and a keen eye for detail? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? If so, we want you to be the friendly face of our clients' company! We are looking for two part-time Receptionists to join thier team, covering the following shifts: 🕗 Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM 🕔 Afternoon Shift: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM As the first point of contact for employees and visitors, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and professional front-of-house experience. You’ll need to be approachable, highly organised, and proactive, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Warmly greet visitors and assist them with their needs Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately Keep the reception area clean, organised, and well-stocked Handle mail, deliveries, and office supplies Assist with scheduling meetings and setting up meeting spaces Coordinate catering and uniform distribution Support office security by monitoring visitor access Provide outstanding customer service and assist with general enquiries Assist with minor marketing and public relations tasks What We’re Looking For: A confident and friendly communicator with an excellent telephone manner A natural problem solver with great attention to detail Someone who enjoys interacting with people and creating a positive environment Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role If you’re looking for a role where you can truly make a difference every day, we’d love to hear from you!
