About the Role:

Your excellent organisational skills will be at the heart of this very important role, from the initial planning and scheduling of exams to overseeing the exam days themselves. You’ll be responsible for liaising with students, teachers, and exam boards, ensuring everything runs seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire examination process, ensuring all exams are scheduled, organised, and run smoothly.
  • Manage exam timetables, venue arrangements, and the distribution of exam materials.
  • Coordinate with students, teachers, and invigilators to ensure all candidates are prepared.
  • Handle all exam-related queries and ensure compliance with exam regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide reports as needed.
  • Work with external exam boards to ensure all necessary procedures are followed.
  • Provide support and guidance to students before, during, and after the exams.

  • Someone with experience in an administrative or project delivery role (previous experience in exams administration is a plus).
