My client is searching for a Property Solicitor to join their team in Kingston upon Thames. My client provides a professional and modern legal service. They have an efficient but personal approach and represent the rights and interests of their clients to achieve the right outcomes for them. The successful candidate will be expected to handle a diverse caseload of property-related matters, ranging from traditional conveyancing of freehold and leasehold properties to deeds of variation and dealing with shared ownership. The candidate should have an advanced knowledge of property law, is, ideally 1+ years of PQE, and experience working in a conveyancing department. The firm utilises LEAP as the case management system, so experience with this software would be ideal but not critical to the role. In addition, whilst the firm will generate a substantial number of leads, the successful candidate is expected to also promote the firm and win new business from introductory sources such as estate agents and brokers using their initiative to grow their caseload.
