The Role as a Recruitment Consultant:
- Finding and qualifying candidates using all the tools and resources provided
- Writing and publishing adverts
- Headhunting 'A grade' candidates through various platforms
- Building candidate market maps
- Booking and running candidate meetings
- Using our CRM system for tracking all activities
- Arranging candidate interviews, including preparing candidates, and collecting feedback
- Identifying leads and actioning them
- Lead generation and conversion
- Building relationships with hiring managers
- Establishing your own brand in the market through a variety of mechanisms
- Working towards the monthly targets set out and achieving all objectives and targets agreed with team leader/mentor

We are a specialist recruitment agency, recruiting in the education sector, in the school term time, we start at 7am. However outside of term time, we start at 9am. Kindly note that this position is based in Harrow and we do not offer remote working.
