With a strong reputation for exceptional service and craftsmanship, we\βre looking for a skilled Lead Air Conditioning Installer to help grow and develop our AC department.
As a Lead Air Conditioning Installer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and developing our AC department. Your responsibilities will extend beyond just installations-you\βll be the face of Infinity for prospective clients, providing expert advice, conducting site surveys, and generating accurate quotations. You\βll lead the charge on installations of HVAC systems (single, multi-split, VRF, and VRV), ensuring they are installed correctly, safely, and to the highest industry standards.
This position offers significant growth opportunities. As the department expands, you\βll have the chance to transition into an office-based management role, where you\βll lead a team of installers and oversee the customer journey from initial inquiry all the way through to installation and beyond.
Job Opportunity
- Install, maintain and repair both residential and commercial air conditioning systems.
- Ensure all installations are compliant with building codes and safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing HVAC systems, providing efficient solutions.
- Design systems and create quotations based on customer requirements after site visits.

Essential Skills
- Proven experience as an air conditioning installer or HVAC technician.
- Level 2 Refrigeration & Air Conditioning qualification (or equivalent).
- F-Gas certification.
- Manufacture training is desirable but not essential.
- Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and safety protocols.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
