About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join their team as an Estimator. This role is vital in securing new projects by accurately pricing and specifying incoming enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Agree project objectives and represent client interests.
• Obtain competitive quotes from suppliers.
• Calculate costs for materials, transport, labour, and other relevant components.
• Ensure clients receive the most competitive pricing.
• Liaise effectively with clients, suppliers, construction managers, planners, and design teams.
• Meet strict deadlines consistently.
• Ensure all quotes accurately reflect pricing, product information, and client requirements.

• Strong numeracy and commercial awareness.

Experience

• Proven experience within the subcontract sector of the construction industry is essential.
