About the Role As a Project Executive, you’ll be an essential part of our events team, supporting Project Managers to bring high-impact live experiences to life! From coordinating logistics and managing supplier relationships to being on-site ensuring everything runs smoothly, you'll be involved in every stage of the event journey. You’ll also get hands-on experience managing your own projects as part of our development pathway—perfect for ambitious individuals looking to grow in the industry. Salary – £25k – £26k Hybrid working What You'll Be Doing 🚀 Pre-Event Coordination – Negotiating with suppliers to get the best deals while ensuring quality. – Managing event logistics to keep everything running like clockwork. – Liaising with clients, suppliers, freelancers, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication. – Handling event queries and escalating issues when needed. – Keeping financial trackers up to date and monitoring budgets to ensure strong margins. – Chasing supplier invoices and maintaining budget accuracy. – Identifying cost-saving opportunities and ways to add value. – Ensuring all supplier Health & Safety and insurance documentation is in place. ✅ Your Impact: You’ll make sure every event is coordinated efficiently, stays on budget, and exceeds client expectations! 🎤Event Delivery – Attending live events to oversee setup, execution, and de-rig. – Managing on-site suppliers and ensuring smooth event flow. – Handling any last-minute challenges with a cool head and a can-do attitude. – Conducting on-site risk assessments and ensuring Health & Safety compliance. ✅ Your Impact: You’ll be the go-to person on-site, making sure every event runs like a dream! 📢 Post-Event – Wrapping Up in Style – Contributing to post-event reports and client debriefs. ✅ Your Impact: You’ll help refine processes and ensure continuous improvement for future events!
