What We Offer
- Entry-Level Candidates (No Recruitment Experience Needed):
- Β£26,000 starting salary, rising to Β£27,000 after a year and Β£29,000 after two years (subject to performance reviews)
- First-year OTE: Β£28,000 β Β£29,000 with commission
- Full training and development, plus the opportunity to gain an Advanced Diploma in Recruitment Services

Key Responsibilities
- Full 360 recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment from client acquisition to candidate placement
- Business development: Win new clients within the driving and industrial sectors
- Client management: Build lasting client relationships and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
- Candidate sourcing: Attract top talent through job boards, social media, and networking
- Compliance and administration: Ensure all legal, right-to-work, and certification checks are completed
