Supply chain coordinator Location: Quedgeley West, Gloucester Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm Are you ready to bring your skills to a growing manufacturer known for quality, innovation, and excellent workplace culture? Our client, a leading provider of pumps and pump systems based in Gloucester, is seeking a Supply chain coordinator to join their vibrant team. With a friendly atmosphere, state-of-the-art facilities, and a commitment to work-life balance, this company offers the perfect environment for growth and progression. Role Overview As a Supply chain coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the supply chain operations, working closely with suppliers and internal teams to deliver quality, on-time results. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who is willing to learn and make steps towards a successful career. Key Responsibilities * Support the Purchasing and supply chain team from an admin capacity * Liaise with our suppliers and place orders * Process purchase orders * Work closely with Sales and Operations teams to anticipate demand and resolve supply limitations. * Oversee import transport arrangements * Support the Purchasing & Supply Chain Manager in quarterly supplier reviews, and assist with sourcing new suppliers in line with sustainability goals. Requirements Your Skills and Experience * Strong organisational skills, with a methodical approach to tasks. * Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook. * Positive, flexible attitude, with a commitment to continual development. * Good Administrative experience Benefits Salary – £30,000 – £33,000 Bonus Scheme.
