A site manager with over 10 years traditional house building experience is required for a major developer. The scheme is a large development in Kent consisting of houses, town houses and flats with a modern design, use of materials and complimentary to both the natural landscape and local Architecture. As a business they are known for producing a first-class product which has kept them at the forefront of the house building industry. They are also excellent with customer care and ensure that building quality is the first step in maintaining an excellent reputation. You will be tasked with the daily running of section of the multi phased development reporting into a Project Lead who is overseeing the overall development. They are looking for someone that can demonstrate great leadership, an eye for quality and detail and ability to take drive a site team forward managing all elements of the build throughout.
