We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to oversee our care services. As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our clients. This is a leadership role that requires strong management skills and a deep understanding of care practices., Develop and implement care plans for clients, ensuring their individual needs are met

Manage a team of care staff, providing guidance and support

Monitor the quality of care provided, conducting regular assessments and evaluations

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Oversee medication administration and ensure proper documentation

Coordinate with healthcare professionals and external agencies as needed

Provide leadership and direction to the team, fostering a positive working environment

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in senior care and dementia care
SVQ3 minimum or qualification in a similar role, such as nursing or social work.

Proven experience in a managerial role within a health or social care setting

Strong knowledge of care practices, particularly in dementia care and senior care

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

Exceptional organizational and time management abilities

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
