Practice Nurse – Permanent or Temp-to-Perm – Lincoln We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Practice Nurse to join a well-established GP surgery in Lincoln. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to become part of a supportive and patient-focused team, with flexibility to join on a permanent or temp-to-perm basis. Role Details: * Contract: Permanent or Temp-to-Perm * Hours: 24 hours per week * Salary: Up to £42,000 (pro rata) * Start Date: ASAP (notice periods considered) * Location: On-site parking available, with additional parking nearby Key Responsibilities: * Delivering high-quality patient care within a primary care setting * Managing Chronic Disease Management (CDM) and Treatment Room Duties (TRD) * Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent patient outcomes * Using System One clinical software for accurate and efficient patient record management The Practice: * Patient List Size: 7,900 * Team Structure: * 4 GP Partners * 1 Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) * 4 Part-Time Practice Nurses * Pharmacists and additional healthcare professionals What We’re Looking For: * A dedicated Practice Nurse with experience in CDM and treatment room duties * A team player with a patient-centred approach * Experience using System One (desirable but not essential) This role offers the chance to work in a modern, well-equipped practice with a strong emphasis on teamwork and professional development
