Catering Assistant/ Waitress

We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Waitress/ Waiter/ Catering Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent service, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to a positive dining experience. Key Responsibilities: * Greet and seat customers in a warm and welcoming manner. * Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff. * Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner. * Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries. * Ensure tables are clean and properly set before and after each guest. * Process payments and issue receipts using the point-of-sale system. * Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally. * Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service. * Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area. * Follow all health and safety regulations. Requirements: * Previous experience in waitressing or customer service is preferred. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent multitasking and time-management skills. * A positive and professional attitude. * Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. * Ability to stand for long periods and lift trays of food and beverages.
