The role involves assisting customers with nightly activities, administering medication and personal care., We will support you to develop – We provide an extensive induction programme with our in-house company trainer, which is paid. You will then have the support of our senior care team, and the management team throughout your 12-week probation period. If you are new to care, you will also have support to complete the Care Certificate, which is a nationally recognised qualification in the industry. We foster a culture of growth and development with our staff, many of our senior and management teams started with us as Care Assistants!
