Our client, a multi-sector firm in the Leicestershire area, are looking to recruit for a Residential Conveyancer to join their team.

They are willing to consider Solicitors, CILEX or Licensed Conveyancer qualifications.

The position will include duties such as handling your own caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions, including right to buy, shared ownership, low-cost housing schemes, post-completion and more.

You will work alongside other department with conveyancing transaction requirements, including matters relating to probate and matrimonial conveyancing.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Conveyancer with strong prior experience with Residential Conveyancing.

You should have good IT skills and organisational skills.
