Oversee multiple game development projects, guiding them from concept to release and beyond, including potential live operations.

Mentor Associate Producers, helping them set and achieve goals to advance their projects and career growth.

Collaborate with Games Label Partners to develop realistic project plans, define game pillars, address risks early, and map out key milestones for testing and development phases.

Apply modern project management methodologies to monitor and balance quality, budgets, and timelines for commercial success.

Proactively address project risks, assumptions, and dependencies, ensuring development teams stay on track.

Provide precise project status updates to the Department Head, Lead Producer, commercial team, and other stakeholders as required.
