Client Details A well-established contractor specialising in property development with a portfolio of commercial property, including offices, retail outlets, leisure space and industrial units. They are currently seeing a period of wide company growth, both in terms of turnover and staffing levels. Description We are currently looking to hire an experienced Design Manager to an increasing team based on single projects throughout their Manchester portfolio. This role will require you to check all of the out sourced design packages are in line with company standards. Previous management experience is essential for this role due to the cross discipline liaison needed between departments. Due to the size and scale of the projects the ideal candidate would come from a regional or national main-contractor background with experience of
mid/high-risem multi-floor residential projects. Profile Relevant architectural qualifications Proven experience as a Design Manager of minimum 5 years, Knowledge of Engineering processes, Previous experience on large scale residential projects.
