Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage large, complex property developments
- Foster strong client relationships and maintain regular communication
- Effectively manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing workloads with a proactive and flexible approach
- Stay informed on the latest Government regulations and guidelines, as well as industry standards
- Review and negotiate service contracts, establish service levels, identify preventive maintenance needs, and approve expenditures within established guidelines (ensuring compliance with Section 20 thresholds for works and long-term agreements)
- Conduct property inspections and prepare detailed reports
- Perform routine risk assessments on all properties within your portfolio
- Review and act on Health and Safety reports (including fire risk assessments, water hygiene, asbestos, and lift engineering) and coordinate necessary corrective actions in collaboration with the client
- Collaborate with Health and Safety consultants and contractors when required
- Attend client meetings and Annual General Meetings (AGMs)
- Prepare and manage Service Charge budgets
Requirements
- Must have at least 2 years property management experience, that includes block management
- Must hold Propertymark or RICS recognised qualification(s)
- Must be a driver
- Good understanding of local demographic

Hours of Work
- Monday to Friday: 9AM-6PM
Salary and Benefits
- Basic Salary: £35 £40k
- Holiday: X days holiday, plus 8 bank holidays
