Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage large, complex property developments
  • Foster strong client relationships and maintain regular communication
  • Effectively manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing workloads with a proactive and flexible approach
  • Stay informed on the latest Government regulations and guidelines, as well as industry standards
  • Review and negotiate service contracts, establish service levels, identify preventive maintenance needs, and approve expenditures within established guidelines (ensuring compliance with Section 20 thresholds for works and long-term agreements)
  • Conduct property inspections and prepare detailed reports
  • Perform routine risk assessments on all properties within your portfolio
  • Review and act on Health and Safety reports (including fire risk assessments, water hygiene, asbestos, and lift engineering) and coordinate necessary corrective actions in collaboration with the client
  • Collaborate with Health and Safety consultants and contractors when required
  • Attend client meetings and Annual General Meetings (AGMs)
  • Prepare and manage Service Charge budgets

Requirements

  • Must have at least 2 years property management experience, that includes block management
  • Must hold Propertymark or RICS recognised qualification(s)
  • Must be a driver
  • Good understanding of local demographic

Hours of Work

  • Monday to Friday: 9AM-6PM

Salary and Benefits

  • Basic Salary: £35 £40k
  • Holiday: X days holiday, plus 8 bank holidays
