We are looking for a experienced SMSTS Site manager to work on a small scale high end residential project in Street nr Glastonbury with works to start mid to late Spring, for a maintenance and building contractor.
The selected candidate must have experience in managing residential projects, over seeing Sub-Contractors work is upto standard, being organised and manages time effectively and to make sure the projects meets the deadlines.
To ensure all staff on site adhering to health and safety on site, and all other general site managing duties required.
Must have SMSTS, first and full PPE to be considered for this position.
