Head RVN | £40K Maternity Cover Position Orthopaedic Small Animal Clinic Are you a RVN looking for something new? Looking for a step up into management? We are recruiting for a new Head Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a very well reviewed practice in West London The Practice: Our clinic is a purpose made small animal practice offering a variety of first opinion services to a growing list of loyal clients. We cover all general practice medical and surgical cases and are proud to offer orthopaedic repairs for our wonderful patients who need it. We have all the usual bells and whistles you’d want out of a successful clinic including a variety of diagnostic equipment, consulting rooms, staff space and spacious wards. We’re a small team of 8 seeking a new RVN to cover a managerial role while our current HRVN goes on maternity leave. The Role: As the HRVN, you will work closely with the practice director to oversee the team and run the practice. Staff training and disciplinarians, stock ordering, financial budgeting and practising clinically are but a few of the things you will be responsible for. Ideally, you will be an inspirational leader with a passion for animal care, seeking a Head RVN role with a lovely team and lucrative salary. Our Offer to You: We know what strong RVNs are worth so the team are happy to offer up to circa £40,000 as a basic salary. Alongside this, we offer a generous CPD allowance, paid membership, great pension scheme, no OOH, great holiday allowance and discounts on veterinary care.
