This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the company’s pre-construction phase, contributing to the successful delivery of residential and commercial projects across North Wales and the North West. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, tender submissions, and pricing strategies., * Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
