We help businesses grow through Coaching, Mentoring and Training Programs. Originally based in Hertfordshire, we are now positively impacting businesses throughout Dorset and have done for the last 24 months. ActionCoach West Dorset are expanding their operations through the local area, with a keen focus on their 12-week training programs; the 12-week training programs equips current and aspiring leaders with the tools to succeed in execution and results. The successful candidates will be responsible for securing meetings, helping businesses understand the value of the high-impact training programs, and closing sales. Agents need to be based in Dorset and we are seeking one associate for every county in the South West. We’re looking to engage with professional and presentable Agents who have B2B experience – whether that’s in sales, customer service, or another related field. Agents will proactively research and identify potential clients and new markets using our existing database and various other channels such as networking, cold calling, and digital outreach to generate leads. You’ll help build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with our services. You’ll need excellent written and verbal skills and communicate clearly and confidently to effectively negotiate terms, handle objections, and close deals. We’ll provide comprehensive training to ensure you’re fully equipped to succeed while you operate from your local area and manage your own schedule. You’ll be working with a focussed team that’s dedicated to your success. We’ve got an excellent commission structure that rewards success and allows you to earn £30,000 – £40,000pa OTE.
