About the Opportunity SibiNet is recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading consultancy in the Midlands, for an experienced Project Controls Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Project Controls team working across a diverse range of high-profile infrastructure projects in the defence, utilities, water, highways, transport and aviation sectors. As a Project Controls Manager, you will take ownership of delivering best practice in controls, planning, analytics, reporting, risk, change, resource and performance management solutions on complex, multidiscipline commissions. Key Responsibilities * Lead and coordinate a project controls team on major projects, ensuring scope, resources and deliverables are effectively managed. * Implement bespoke Project Controls strategies and processes across projects, programmes and portfolios. * Apply best practice project controls principles, translating client objectives and procurement strategies into execution plans. * Define success criteria and establish governance to ensure it is achieved. * Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one discipline (Planning, Analytics, Reporting, Risk, Cost Control, Estimating, Change, Governance or Strategy). * Provide assurance and audits, challenging, rationalising and validating project data prior to client submission. * Deliver confident project status updates to stakeholders, making recommendati…
