Role Summary

This is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and executing the company’s commercial strategy. The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) will oversee sales, business development, and marketing efforts while leading key commercial negotiations with partners and institutional clients. This individual will play a critical role in scaling the business, expanding into new revenue streams, and positioning the company as a leader in the energy efficiency sector.

The CCO will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to establish new partnerships, optimise sales processes, and enhance go-to-market strategies. The role includes direct management of a growing commercial team, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement, strategic deal-making, and commercial execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Procurement & Tenders: Familiarity with bid writing, framework agreements, and tender processes.
