We are seeking a passionate Store Manager to lead our clients team and drive sales at this incredible new branch. Store Manager Responsibilities: To motivate and drive the sales team, leading by example and working closely with them on the sales floor To ensure the three key areas of store, stock, staff are closely and efficiently managed at all times To develop the skills and performance of all staff by identifying and delivering the appropriate training and development in order to increase sales and improve the overall efficiency of the department. To ensure all staff have the opportunity to attend appropriate supplier training in order to improve product knowledge. To ensure all administration is carried out in an accurate and timely manner. To ensure performance reviews are conducted at the agreed time and areas identified are actioned. To ensure relevant methods of communication are in place to keep staff fully briefed on all aspects of the department. To maximise sales potential and profitability of the store in order to achieve performance targets. To manage and develop all directly reporting staff within the store. To ensure both they and their team build excellent relationships with customers and sell the Custom Installation service and associated products as appropriate. To ensure sufficient staff levels within the store at all times; keeping accurate staff attendance records on Hi-PoS. To ensure the store and staff are health and safety compliant in line with company policy; ensure that risks associated with all activities are assessed, effectively managed, and controlled. To take reasonable care for the health and safety of themselves and others who may be affected by their acts or omissions and cooperate with the Company to enable it to meet its health and safety responsibilities.
